| Proper diet is one of the “Five
Points of Yoga” for health and happiness. Cooking
workshops are fun, educational and emotionally gratifying.
We follow the teachings of Ayurveda, the sister science
of yoga, which teaches how to live in harmony with
the laws of nature. That includes cooking with healing
herbs and spices, and knowing how different foods affect
different people. Where do vegetarians get
their protein, anyway? |
